Go on a Compassion Quest: This week, consider what others may be going through before reacting to someone. Consider that they may be struggling with stress and anxiety and they may not know what to do about it.
Day 1 Improve Your Self-Confidence: Listen to an interview with Sarah Royale, the owner of a ballet studio in England, who infuses her students with confidence. Begin to assess what it takes to believe in yourself.
Day 2 Improve Your Confidence: Focus the power of your mind as you repeat an affirmation to feel more confident,
Day 3 Improve Your Confidence, Calming Breathing Technique: Feel confident when stress strikes by doing a simple yet soothing breathing technique.
Day 5 Improve Your Confidence: Uplift your thoughts to become the best version of yourself.
Day 6 Improve Your Confidence, Let Go of Negative Self-Talk: Let go of persistent negative thought patterns.
Day 7 Improve Your Confidence, Inner Wisdom: Experience a sense of inner freedom as you cultivate confidence.
